Who is UCCShop.ie?

UCCShop is the official online store for branded merchandise and gifts associated with University College Cork. We offer clothing, gifts, and memorabilia for students, alumni, staff and supporters.

By bringing the different on campus retailers together, we are offering a “one stop shop” where customers can purchase items from across the various outlets in a few clicks. We ship worldwide and also offer a Click and Collect option.

Where are the on campus stores located?

I haven’t received my confirmation email — what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us and we’ll confirm your order status.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to amend it.

What does “backordered” mean?

A backordered item is temporarily out of stock but has been ordered from our supplier. It will be dispatched once it becomes available (usually within two weeks).

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Absolutely – please contact the supplying store listed in each product description with details of the items and quantities required. If you require an item that you cannot see on our site, email uccshop@ucc.ie and we will best guide you.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you created an account, log in to view your order status.

Are product images accurate?

We aim to ensure all images accurately reflect the product. Please note colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Are my details secure and private?

Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your information. We use Elavon and PayPal to process your payment. Both companies have comprehensive measures in place to keep your personal and financial details secure and private, operating under strict regulatory standards. We do not keep credit card details.
