Quick Overview

ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
Applicants will be given professional instruction at absolute beginner’s level, with the emphasis on the Chinese phonetic system and Chinese characters. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to have simple conversations in Mandarin and have a brief understanding of Chinese culture. Complete beginners or those with basic knowledge of Chinese are welcome.

INTERMEDIATE
This course is aimed at applicants with HSK2 (over 30 hours study) or an equivalent level. It provides attendees with comprehensive skills in Chinese listening, reading, speaking and writing. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to read and write and have conversations that relate to common daily settings in Mandarin and have a deep understanding of Chinese culture.

ADVANCED
This course is aimed at applicants with HSK3/HSK4 or an equivalent level. It provides attendees with Chinese language skills including speaking, listening, reading and writing. By the end of the course, attendees will be able to use more complex grammatical structures and sentence patterns to communicate on familiar topics, through interaction and description.
